Duke's La Jolla is part of the T S Restaurant's management group. T S Restaurants is a family-owned, restaurant company with 13 restaurants all located on spectacular waterfront sites in Hawaii and California. Experienced Bartenders needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of the essentials functions of the job are:
**3-5 full years of experience in a full service restaurant needed to fulfill the position requirements.
-Open Availability is required. Ability to work weekends and holidays is necessary
-Greet all guests and co-workers in a warm, personal, friendly manner
-Serve guests safely by monitoring their rate of consumption
-Assist in preparing bar for service by setting up bar and bar area, including preparing items, stocking, garnishes, drink mixes, etc.
-Review drink menus and specials with guests seated at the bar and make recommendations
-Effective Communication
-Knowledge of Position
-Sense of Urgency
-Ability to work Quickly and Effectively
-Recipe Knowledge
